Sunken City Brewing Company Seeks A North-Central Virginia Salesperson (Charlottesville, Richmond, Harrisonburg)
Sunken City Brewing Company is a fast-growing craft brewery located at Smith Mountain Lake on the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We produce high quality and approachable ales and lagers and distribute them in kegs, cans and bottles.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Ability to work flexible hours, and participate in promotions and invents.
• Work in the field to build and keep existing and new accounts.
• Work openly and effectively with distribution partners.
• Represent Sunken City in a professional manner at beer festivals and events.
• Keep a high level or organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great sales call organization, keeping in continuous contact with Sunken City management, distributors and their sales staff.
Job Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
• Must have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must possess great people skills, be outgoing and enthusiastic
• Ability to lift and move heavy beer regularly
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays, if needed
• Experience with brewing, beer distribution, and retail highly favorable
