Chore-Time Auger catalog specs?

Howdy all,
I am in a shipping weight dispute with a freight carrier (they decided to increase the weight on the BOL from eight pounds a length to over 40 pounds!) and they are requiring a copy of Chore Time's catalog page showing the exact weight of auger tube (part #6516). I have sent them screenshots sent to me of this by Chore Time, but not good enough for them.
Does anyone have anything "official" showing the weight of a ten foot section of auger pipe, #6516?

This is out of the Choretime manual. I would estimate that of the 6lbs per foot that 5.5lbs would be the auger coil and .5lbs per foot the tube.

Adequate support must be provided to prevent the tubes from sagging and
support the weight of the Control Uni t. The auger, tubes, and feed weigh approximately
6 lbs/f t. (9 kg/m). The Control Uni t weighs approximately 80 lbs.
(36 kg).
Line lengths specified allow for two 45 degree elbows in the elevation. Reduce
line length by 30’ (9 m) for each additional horizontal 90 degree elbow.
For Tandem Systems, raise the horsepower one size over recommendations
in the table below or reduce line length by 50’ (15.4 m).

I looked at the manual but also did not see the weight.

Yup, I did contact them, several times. They sent me the screenshots from their order matrix program, but alas.....not good enough for FedEx Freight!
