10bbl brewery opening in March 2015 just outside of Vail, CO.
Looking to hire an Assistant/Brewer. Min. 30 hrs week starting March/April 2015
Job duties:
All aspects of brewhouse and tap room operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience of hands on brewing in a pub or production brewery setting
- Understanding of QC lab standards and practices
- Proper cleaning and sanitizing methods and safe handling
- Ability to follow SOP and work related practices
- Ability to work alone and follow directions given
- An open mind and the ability to work with other brewers and head brewer
- Able to lift heavy objects and work long hours
