  • Distributing in other States

So, I've got a lead on the rules for distributing our product in one neighboring State but finding this information is not easy. Does anyone know of a website or source that collects this information so you can start your research without spending hours on hold with various States' ABC agencies?

I think you only need your labels registered in that state. Shouldn't need a website to compile information on "rules." Ask your prospective distributor.

There should be info on the state's website about what it takes to distribute your beer into the state. Agreed with above, you probably just need to submit a label for approval and pay a fee for each label.
