I'm looking to compare the shortest brewing times to the longest brewing times for use in a book chapter about "slow beer."

Can you name some of the fastest industrial brewers? Who has the shortest brewing/fermenting/packaging time?

Same for the longest. Who are some craft brewers that intentionally spend forever making their beer?
