  • Dry hopping after carbonation

Anyone have any problems with off flavors dry hopping after carbonation. The reason I ask is that I wanted to just pull off a couple of kegs off of my serving tanks and dry hop them (just expermenting with different hops). The few times I have done this while homebrewing I got a really really grassy flavor?? Just wondering if anyone has had this issue?

    Thanks

      dry hopping

      HI:
If you are experimenting with hops,I recommend to pull of you're beers after primary fermentation is finnished, and at a temperature of 50*F.
That's how casks filled, and you will get all the nice flavors of any hops.
I'm sure you are familiar with casking, but if you need any additional info, please contact me.
