Is there anyone out there who wants to make authentic European beers and not just hopped up West Coast IPA?
I was trained in Germany (apprenticeship and Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan) and have worked in
six German breweries, big and small. I specialize in German and Dutch lagers and Belgian and English ales.
I have just sold my little brewpub here in Wisconsin:
I am looking for a new challange. I am willing to travel internationally. I speak German, English, French and some Spanish.
I currently hold a US passport.
I design beers through mathematical calculations, not brewing software. You set the parameters for the beer, i.e.
color, bitterness, alcoholic strength, hop oil content, etc. and I can work the formulations backwards to create that beer.
No guess work, no trial and error. I can get it right the first time and every time.
Please email me at:

I look forward to hearing from you. My resume and references are of couse available upon request.
Thank you,
Robert
