Hi,
I used to have a great one that was built using Quatro Pro, when I was Head Brewer at Alcatraz in Indianapolis. If you send me your e-mail, I'll see if I can locate it and forward it to you, if you have access to that software.

Howdy Hi all,
Has anyone created a spreadsheet that eases the agony of completing the TTB Brewer's Report of Operations? If so, are you willing to share?!?! PLEASE!!!!!!
Thanks anyway,
Dave

Check out www.ttb.gov and pay.gov
Forms 5130.9 & 5000.24 can both be done online.
It even checks your math for you.

I have an Excel spread sheet that has Brewers Report as well as State of Massachusetts state filings calculated from production and sales figures. The spreadsheet requires lots of explanation, but I am happy to share with anyone interested. Just send me a PM, and I'll give the details.
Cheers,

Hi Dave, I have an excel program for this report. I just got it from a brewery I used to work at, it is on a floppy disc. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but I am assuming it still works- just plug in the numbers and it does the rest. Give us a call, and I'll try to remember to check it out in the meantime.....

I have one I made in Wordperfect if you are interested.

Any one still interesting in sharing their spreadsheet? I don't like ours and I am no good at creating spreadsheets. Thanks in advance!

Bump. Would like someone's spreadsheet. brewops at gmail.com
I forgot all about mine. It is buried in a box somewhere from my last desk. If I ever find it, I'll see about getting to a CD. So I am not a good source for this at the moment.

Hi Ray,
Not sure if you are still giving out a spreadsheet to help do the Brewers Report of Operations but if you do, I'd be extremely grateful if you could forward a copy of that to me. First time filling it out and it's a bear. Send me your address and I'll mail you a pint glass for the help.

Spreadsheet? Why not just fill it out online at pay.gov or ttb.gov (i forget where I do that right now, long day)? You just fill it out like a spreadsheet and it shows errors, foolproof and easy.
I was struggling with the online form because it seems to be adding up some of the columns and showing I produced way more than I actually did and the wording on this thing is horrible. For example, I only produced 4 barrels of beer and kegged off 2 of those barrels (yes I know, tiny amount but it's our first test batches). In 2b, I put 4 barrels produced by fermentation. 2 of those barrels we transferred to brite tanks and then kegged so I put 2 under 6c (beer recieved from cellar - bulk) and 2 under 9d (Racked to keg). So then it adds up my total to 8 bbls instead of the 4 I produced. I remember reading in another post about this same exact issue I'm having so I was hoping somebody had a spreadsheet that could make this a bit less painless. I am actually starting to think I need to get rid of the 2 under 6c but at this point, I will probably just call the ttb and ask them to explain the definitions.
