TTB final approval

Submitted 10/5/15 Approved today 1/28/16. Was originally submitted for final approval on Dec 17 2015 but my specialist didn't make clear something so was returned to her on 12/27/15 then corrected and resubmitted for final approval on Jan 5 2016.

Dang that's actually pretty quick. Ours was submitted 10/30/15 assigned to a rep on 11/18/15, just waiting now. We are hoping they can get us through by March 1st. It seems like things at the TTB are like glue right now.

Maybe someone knows the flowchart here? We submitted 12/01/15. Our initial review was completed on 12/08/15. It has been TBD for specialist review ever since.

After that does it goto field review and manager disposition then permit issued?

Going on just around the 120 day mark. We got a "recommend approval" yesterday from our reviewer about 2 hours after we submitted changes requested earlier in the day. Now on to final disposition, we will see how long this part will take. Soooo close i can taste it.

We applied on October 8th, 2015. We heard nothing until around the beginning of March, and they wanted us to changed some of our documents which I took care that day. Then no more word for about 3 weeks, then they wanted something else clarified, so I took care of that. Then my rep estimated 4 to 6 weeks for final approval. We got our final approval four weeks to the day, yesterday (April 25th)!

However, I have carefully followed the directions to find, download, and print out my Brewer's Notice. It's not there! I believe it is a tracking number issue. The number I see when I log in doesn't match the number they referenced in the email.

I've been calling them all day but can't get anyone to answer. Any suggestions in this situation?

UPDATE: I got a call back a few hours after I posted the above. The rep said that indeed sometimes the website is messed up. I asked if there was any way to have the Brewer's Notice mailed to me and she said no. However, she figured out a way she could email me the documents which she did (score!), and then she said I still needed to call a different office to get the website issue resolved so I could access the Brewer's Notice documents online in the future. So I'm still working on that, BUT, I have the documents in hand! This four year journey is coming to an end with a new one beginning. Watch out state, Wages Brewing is coming!

I can say for a fact having Allyn & Gary to help navigate the process and get things pushed out of application purgatory was awesome. Our reviewer went from "we will get to it around May" to approval in March. Just over 120 days. It was just one less thing to worry about.

Initial review was 4/14 and so far nothing else after. However its nice to see that others are going through this so i just have to stay the course and take out my anxiety on the poor studs that are currently a wall in my brewing space.

I just called the TTB today. The representative said they are at 160 day average right now, and she sounded kind of exasperated that they are getting a lot of phone calls about it.

Im sitting at 90+ days right now and its still at TBD for a specialist review. Its REAAAAALLLLLY frustrating haha but i guess its just a waiting game but damn its tough some days to just see it sitting there not being picked up.

We got our brewers notice approved today!!

Back to the state.....but definitely closer to the goal.

Time to raise a pint or many....

Our state process has been way faster than the feds. Maybe PA is doing something right? Our LCB representative has been amazingly helpful, courteous and great to work with.

Now at 120 days and it still reads pending for specialist review.....they really know how to test you haha. I want to call just so in my head it seems like Ive done all i can to see whats going on but I know its realistically not going to have an effect on anything. So Ill just float out here in purgatory.
