Help anyone in Wisconsin? If so how are they?

We had to apply for a Bonded Winery permit from the TTB so we can self-distribute (Missouri). We submitted our application on Dec 15, 2015. It was assigned to someone on December 29, 2015. It's Sept 6, 2016 and we still haven't had it approved.

One brewery in Colorado told us his Brewers Notice took 210 days.

        Sorry to bring negative news.

after I called mine, his office expedited it. You are a business owner and tax generator in your city, pick up the phone man!

Actually A Call is a Good Idea

The phone call we made to our specialist was likely the smartest thing we did. We met the supervisor at CBC and she provided the contact info. She was very helpful, and while I can't prove it, the call likely got us pulled up from a pile, where it got faster attention. We weren't annoying about it, 2 calls and an email over a month, but we had ours completed in 120 days.

Just got approval at 5 months and 19 days.
This was the second time I've been through the process, the experience from my first brewery was mildly helpful.
We never talked to our agent on the phone, she sent an email requesting a few clarifications 4 weeks ago and we sent her everything she needed a week later.
After 90 days I would call every 3-4 weeks and leave a message basically updating our agent on our progress (equipment will be here next week, equipment is almost done with installation, etc...).
Not sure if that helped or not, but it was too hard for me to not do anything.

Update for me, got a call finally for some updated documents. SO my timeline so far has been 4/14/16 intial review is completed and now pending with agent TBD, 9/29/16 i get my first call from my assigned agent and he requested a few more documents. Got them in that day but yippie me hes on East Coast time so of course i miss him and hes out of the office for a few more days after. 10/03/16 its recommended for final disposition and now thats where i sit waiting for manager disposition.

So way longer then i thought it would take but with all the construction ive been doing its not a terribly bad thing. And i still have to go back to my states LCB....yay!

                                TTB Field Review

Our app has moved to field reiew as it is highlighted in blue on the site. Does anyone know what this means? We are same as everyone else no live people and no call backs at TTB.?
