    Brewing a Scottish Ale, successfully got a nice body with a beautiful caramel malt flavour,however, experiencing a watery opening before the full flavour kicks in. All suggestions appreciated!!!

      If I had to guess I would say that your fermentation drove the finished beer ph down a little lower than optimal- that can cause a watery impression
