The Lift Bridge Brewery located in scenic Stillwater, MN, is currently looking for a full-time Packaging/Cellar Technician.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, hardworking, quality minded, a self-starter, and of high character. Previous experience in a commercial brewery and/or a formal brewery education is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
• Preparation of materials and vessels for production
• Assisting with the operation of various packaging equipment (bottle/can/keg)
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Preforming quality assurance testing
• Maintaining process equipment
• Operate or assist with the operation of equipment relating to the beer filtration/clarification process
• Inventory management
• General housekeeping
Abilities and Skills:
• Must be able to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Should be computer literate/comfortable using MS Office suite
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to safely work with cleaning/sanitizing chemicals and in varying environments.
Lift Bridge Brewery operates a semi-automatic keg line, can and bottle line.
Applicants should also hold a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and have a willingness to submit to a criminal background check. Wage will be determined based on skill set and prior experience.
