River Dog Brewing Company is looking to add to our team!!
Your Duties:
As a rapidly-growing company, you can expect to be called upon to perform many tasks, however the position we are hiring for will primarily be responsible for operating and maintaining our 4-head Wild Goose canning line. Prior experience with either bottling or canning packaging lines is strongly desired; however a candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude, who is a quick study, will also be considered. Other duties will include various cellar work (transfers, carbonation, kegging, CIP, etc), keg cleaning, and processing product for delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and loyal team player. The desired candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a brewery as we feel a basic understanding of beer production is essential to you being successful in this position. Other desired (but not required) attributes include a science or math educational background, basic electrical or plumbing knowledge, and a strong passion for this industry.
Who Is River Dog Brewing:
River Dog Brewing Company is located in the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area of South Carolina. We have been open for over 3 years and have recently acquired property and begun the process of designing a new 25,000+ sqft facility close to “Old Town” Bluffton, intended to expand all aspects of our production facility, including beer production, barrel-aging (clean and sour), and packaging various mediums (currently canning, will add bottling rare offerings). This will also allow us to offer our products to a wider market and provide our local community with a truly unique and inspiring experience with a top-notch restaurant and beer garden. We currently produce over 1,200 bbls annually and are growing exponentially to include the Savannah/Atlanta markets by the end of the year and to reach 2,000 bbls by the end of 2017.

Such benefits include employer-paid medical (BCBS of SC PPO Plan), dental & life insurance (we pay 100% of the cost of employee-only coverage and you may elect to cover your dependents at your own expense). Coverage is effective at the first of the month following 60 days of employment for all active full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week. In addition, you can elect to participate in our 401(k) plan after one year of employment.
