    Municipal Brew Works is actively searching to hire a passionate, mechanically inclined part-time brewery employee. The candidate will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the growth of our brewery.
    Brewhouse Employee will assist in all aspects of production from raw materials handling to kegging, to quality monitoring.
    (Packaging, Cleaning Kegs, Maintaining Cooler and Draught Lines, Kegging, Cleaning and Maintaining the Brewery, Help Organize and Maintain Warehouse)
    The ideal candidate should possess and/or have the ability to:
    • Work some nights and weekends as required.
    • High School Diploma (preferred Degree or Certification in Science/Brewing)
    • A background in home brewing or lab science
    • Ability to work independently, and irregular hours.
    • Problem-solving attitude and great attention to details.
    • Quick and continuous learner.
    • Basic understanding of brewing and fermentation principles including wort production, cellaring, yeast handling, and sanitation.
    • Strong mechanical background.
    • Physical capability of routinely and repeatedly lifting 60pounds and/or moving up to 165 pounds.
    • Understanding of quality assurance methods and techniques.
    • Basic understanding of chemistry and biology.
    • Great communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to interact with the public.
