Dolyestown Brewing Company is looking for a part-time cellarman
Doylestown Brewing Company is a brewery and brewpub located right in the center of Doylestown, PA. We have recently expanded into a larger restaurant and will be moving the brewery into a warehouse in the coming year. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and positive attitude to grow along with the company.
Cellarman Duties:
● All cellar activities including but not limited to: handling raw materials, vessel CIP, yeast harvesting, as well as general cleaning.
● Working directly with Head Brewer and bar managers.
● Maintaining accurate and legible records.
● Assisting in bottling, keg cleaning and filling.
Requirements:
● Knowledge of the brewing process
●Experience as either homebrewer or as a cellarman
● Cellerman must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, climb stairs, stand for the duration of a shift, lift 55+ pounds repeatedly, and handle hot and cold liquids.
● Help out with beer events, promotions, and deliveries.
● Work at least 2 days a week.
