    If you're having problems with sampling valves sticking in the closed position, they're almost certainly the old stop-cock style valves. Stainless steel bearing on stainless steel galls and sticks. We've replaced all of ours with these: https://www.perlick.com/commercial/p...pling-valves-2 and no longer have any problems. Be sure to order them with the SS knob--the plastic ones break almost immediately in use. All parts and seals are replaceable, so expect to get a lifetime of use from one.
