  • adjuncts

I am looking for good sources of adjuncts such as millet, buckwheat, and sorghum. Does anyone utilize such adjuncts for brewing?

    Adjuncts

I haven't brewed with the items you listed but a great book I can recommend is "Radical Brewing" by Randy Mosher. He touches on all kinds of interesting brewing ingredients and techniques.

Search the archives, there was a thread on this a while back.

        adjuncts gluten free

I searched the archives and the closest I got was gluten free beer - but no possible suppliers for the mentioned adjuncts.

Maybe I searched wrong - I'm new here. Can you set me right?

I am also interested in suppliers for sorghum, millet, buckwheat - does anybody do malted sorghum, millet, buckwheat?

        Anybody got any suggestions.

        Thanks
