I am looking for advice and opinions about how to start microbrewery. I understand the most important prerequisite is a passion for brewing. What I need to know is what is the sequence of events. I have been through a start-up in another industry (microelectronics), but this one has some significant differences. For example, when do I start looking for the brewery location? When should I start looking for equipment? When should I start working on regulatory issues?

At this point I have nothing but the beginnings of a business plan and a million questions.
