Job Description – Brewer
Compensation: Hourly/DOE

Job Summary:
Assist with all brewery operations to include various aspects of the brewing and packaging process.
Job Duties:
CIP of fermentation and conditioning tanks.
Beer clarification to include filtering.
Packaging duties (kegs/bottles).
Wort production.
Shipping/Receiving.
General cleaning.
Forklift operations.
Assist in sales efforts as needed and assigned.
Represent BRBC at events, festivals, and promotions.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in producing and packaging world class quality beer.
Provide top notch service to all customers.
Assist in support of taproom staff as it relates to beer and brewery education.
Represent BRBC in a professional manner at all times.
Job Qualifications:
1+ year brewery experience required.
Candidate with lab experience preferred, but not required.
Some level of formal brewing education or current enrollment preferred, but not required.
Get it done no matter what attitude
Absolute passion for brewing and beer
Positive attitude
Ability to lift 55 pound sacks of grain
Current WA driver’s license with clean record (or can get one)
Ability to work any shift at any time if needed
Able to work well in a team environment
Desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
High School diploma or GED/some college preferred
Ability to work overtime as needed
