QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Two Roads Brewing Company is hiring a Quality Control Technician. Each member of the Quality Lab performs a diverse array of tasks and tests, and this position would be no different:
• Gravity/density, ABV, pH, haze, IBU, color measurements
• Dissolved gas readings
• Package Integrity and Quality testing: fill-volume verification, double-seam analysis
• Data entry, analysis, and tracking.
• GC analysis of VDK’s
• Microbiological testing
• Calibration & maintenance of analytical instruments
The ideal candidate has:
• An advanced degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field or a Bachelor's degree + at least 2 year's work experience in a QA lab
• Experience following established protocols and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
