    Studio Brew is seeking a qualified Brewer/Cellar person to work closely with our team.
    Our new brewery is a 15BBL High Gravity Brew House with 15 & 30 BBL fermentors which will also includes a barrel aging program.
    Studio Brew is a young & growing company with an un-compromising stance towards quality with the most sincere devoted obsession towards the art of craft beers.

    We are looking for the person who understands the statement "Initiative of the Passionate Soul"

    An ideal candidate should have some of the following:
    -A minimum of 3-5 years PROFESSIONAL experience
    -A degree or certificate from a recognized brewery technical or academic program
    -Experience with a brew system and cellar configurations
    -Comfortable with various roles in the brewing process & working with Fellow Brewers
    -Ability to work a variety of shifts/hours depending on necessity of brewery schedule
    -Focus on execution of tasks efficiently with minimum discussion
    -CIP and Sanitation knowledge & practice brewing, kegging, bottling etc.
    -Yeast management skills
    -Fermentation Management and Monitoring
    -Record Keeping Skills including Microsoft office and other brewery programs
    -Basic troubleshooting abilities with quick reactionary skills
    -Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly overhead and stand for long periods of time
    -Receive positive criticism and follow specific instructions
    -Trustworthiness to work well alone and hold a high personal standard of work with a “No Matter What” work ethic
    -Barrel cellar experience
    -Ability to follow and have a familiarity with SOP’s
    -Obsession towards documentation and strong organization skills focused on detail
    -Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues with a “Fix”
    -Filter/transfer and fill kegs
    -Accurately prep & receive orders while keeping a correct inventory
    -Prep, clean and assist in bottling line & packaging
    -Assure bar lines clean/help bar practices for changing kegs, checking C02, etc.
    -Positive attitude in all scenarios even with other duties not mentioned
    -Attend events, festivals and educational venues
    -Have FUN and grow as we grow
