    Microbio Quick Testing

    Hi all,

    I wanted to see what everybody is using for microbio quick testing out there. Palates etc are the current option but I know there are a few quick detection units available.

    We use the BrewPal PCR system from Invisible Sentinel currently. We use it alongside plating and sensory panel among other things as part of our quality program.
