I have a customer who is adamant that we supply them with PubKegs in corrugated outers. Rehrig have been a bit inconsistent with their loading/packing/stacking specifications and I am wondering what other folks do.
I plan to load two layers of 20 kegs (4x5) stacked vertically with a slip sheet between the layers, corner boards and a lot of pallet wrapping around it all.
Can I stack more on this and go higher?
For filling: do the inners come out of the cardboard so that I can avoid staining or wetting the card and repack them once they are rinsed down and dried off?
Feedback or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
