Hi All,
Ok, I'm setting up a Nano system with some 190 litre kettles and some 4 to 45 kw ring burners.
I'm wondering if someone can help me with the distance the burner needs to be from the bottom of the kettles so as not to burn a hole in them?
The kettle is 5mm thick at the bottom (giant stainless pots essentially)
Here is a photo of the burner. It's not the "jet" type with a focused, intense flame.
And the description is:
High-pressure ring burner for propane especially suitable as
food kettle burners
Capacity 4 - 45 kW
Operating pressure 1.5 bar
Consumption max. 3.5 kg / h
ΓΈ burner 230 mm
Thanks!
