Hey gang. I'm getting ready to order hops for our soon to be commissioned 10 bbl brewery. Our brewhouse has a hop back and I am looking at purchasing whole cone hops to feed it when producing IPA's.
It's been ages since I've used whole hops. Kinda a loaded question but how does aroma hold up year to year? Ideally I would like to order 2016 crop year hops but those are limited. I can find a good variety of 2015 crop year. What are everyone's feeling on this? Use 2015 crop year hops over the next year?
