We're a four-year old brewery located in Bellevue, WA and we're getting ready to open a second location in late 2017, or early 2018. We're early in the planning process but it's never too soon to start dialogue with quality people that might be interested in joining the brew team.
Production at our current facility will grow from 3,000 BBLs (2016) to about 8,000 BBLs during 2017. First year in the new facility should hit 8,700 BBLs propelling our combined production up to and possibly over 15,000 BBLs by the end of 2018. We're professionally distributed in Washington and Oregon and maintain a four-person representation team based in Washington and Oregon as well. More distribution expansion is also in the works.
The second location will allow us to brew just over 25,000 BBLs per year once fully built out with a significant emphasis on packaged beer production in addition to draught. We have an amazing team, we brew balanced, clean, delicious beers, and we're looking to selectively expand our brew team by adding just the right skill sets and personality.
We are seeking someone with solid wort production and cellar experience, demonstrated recipe formulation skills, and strong leadership abilities. If you understand the business of brewing beer from top to bottom, and everything in between, we encourage you to reach out.
