First generation pitches typically take longer but it seems done to me. 1.010 sounds about right. Make sure your samples are getting thoroughly de-gassed and not affecting your readings. Tiny bits of bubbling and very slight differences in readings could be from CO2 coming out of solution.

What I find curious is your previous 50 batches, not the current ones. As others have stated. You have changed a variable somewhere. Find what it is. And repeat it...
