No Worries Brewing Company is a growing craft beer brewery located in Hamden, CT. We are passionate about craft beer, brewing great beer, and work each and every day to share these passions with everyone around us. We’re searching for an energetic, organized self-starter who shares our passions about craft beer and is motivated to build a career in the beer industry as a Sales Representative.

Initially this position will focus on New Haven County, Fairfield County, and Litchfield County. We are a small company with strong growth potential and therefore we are looking for candidates who can develop with us by demonstrating a high capacity to learn and ability take on new challenges. The ideal candidate would live in or around New Haven County.


Job Description & Duties

• Promote and sell No Worries products to on premise accounts
• Service existing and key accounts through sales and support
• Work hand-in-hand with our distribution partners to grow our brand
• Work with management to develop and maintain sales strategies
• Attend festivals and tasting events as company representative
• Maintain and manage a regular schedule of accounts
• Provide market insight and recommendations

Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Friendly with customer service, prospecting, and negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable in craft beer and the craft beer market
• A valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record
• A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle with the ability to drive to and from accounts
• Ability to conduct tastings so you must be 21 years or older
