    Connecticut Sales Manager/Brand Ambassador

    About the Position:

    A key part of Team Shebeen, our sales reps are our boots on the ground. They are the face of the company and are often the first to introduce Shebeen Brewing and our beers to potential customers. Because of this, we truly believe that every experience with our sales team must be fantastic — from the opening pitch to a new retailer, to pouring samples at a beer fest, to hosting a tap takeover, our sales team represents Shebeen.

    Day to day activities include:

    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers and restaurateurs in area and promote the good will of the company
    • Ensure that all product is rotated and QA policies are followed
    • Successful sale, distribution, and placement of all Shebeen products
    • Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required
    • Develop new accounts and new placements
    • Communicate with retailers and distributors to ensure all needs are being met
    • Effectively communicate with the management team to ensure the both the core brands and seasonals are being properly marketed; and promotions are being executed within given time frames
    • Organize and execute floor displays, placement of signs and/or posters at all accounts
    • Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
    • Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
    • Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
    • Attend all Brewery Sales team meetings as requested
    • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

    Skills required:
    • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
    • Attention to detail
    • A basic familiarity with social media and other technology
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
    • The ability to lift 70 pounds
    • The ability to transport kegs with a dolly
    • High level of craft beer product knowledge
    • Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills
    • Strong organizational & planning skills
    • Valid and clean driver's license and use of own car each day
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision – self-motivated
