    Printer's Ale - Tasting Room Event Coordinator – Carrollton, GA

    Printer’s Ale Manufacturing Co. is seeking a passionate craft beer enthusiast to represent our brewery and brand while supporting our commitment of producing consistent, high quality craft beer. This postition is part-time, but could potentially become full-time.

    The primary role of the Tasting Room Event Coordinator is to manage the daily operations of the tasting room and coordinate events to ensure an engaging wonderful experience to all visitors. The responsibilities of this position will span many areas of our brewery, and can change day-to-day or as our brewery grows and expands.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of up to 12 people effectively, managing the guest experience and ensuring all tasting room staff adheres to the company standards.
    • Interpret, understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.
    • Supervise and manage brewery events and assist with set up/ tear down.
    • Resolve guest concerns/complaints using good judgment, professionalism and courtesy.
    • Meet with potential customers, schedule and provide tours of the facility.
    • Devise, manage & implement social media strategy.
    • Execute social media campaigns across our existing Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, & YouTube; keeping an eye out for emerging platforms.
    • Manage POS system and act as the point of contact for any technical support and/or maintenance necessary.
    • Exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
    • Provide administrative support.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Work Experience, Skills & Education

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • 2- 3 years Restaurant/Bar Management.
    • Minimum of six (6) months of customer service related work experience.
    • Must possess a general knowledge of the brewing process.
    • Solid communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups of people in an eloquent and clear way.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong knowledge of POS system.

    Special preference given to those who have the following:

    • Four-year college degree in business or marketing or equivalent work related experience as event coordinator in similar industry.
    • Cicerone level 1 certification.
