Position Available: Full Time Production Assistant

Hidden Cove Brewing Company is looking for an energetic/positive person to join our small production team.
Minimum Qualifications:
[LIST][*]Must be able to work SAFELY and effectively by yourself and as part of a team[*]Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers[*]Excellent sanitation skills are a must[*]Must be able to follow direction and SOPs[*]Must be willing to work flexible / long hours on concrete floors[*]Must be able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly[*]Most important, must have fun, enjoy the brewing industry and do whatever it takes to produce consistent / quality beer
Job Description is as follows but is not limited to:
[LIST][*]Assist in maintaing a SAFE, clean and organized brewery[*]Assist in kegging / bottling procedures[*]Assist in assembling orders[*]Assist in shipping / receiving[*]Assist in preventative maintenance[*]Maintain draft line cleaning schedule[*]Cleaning, scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, etc.[*]Assist in barrel room
