    90 Degree fermenter cone

    Anyone have experience with 90 degree cones (included angle)? Due to height restrictions we need to consider them but I worry about yeast harvesting.We use WLP001 mostly.

    Did you ever buy these, we are about to pull the trigger on a set of 4bbl stackable and they have a 70 degree cone or 90 degree cone, would like 70, but height of out ceiling might be a problem for the 70.
