Any ideas how to specifically dial in my system to Beer Smith. We are starting to brew at a winery with two 170 gal dairy tanks converted to mash tuns. I don't know if any of you have experience in setting up a system so that I can scale up my recipes from a 5 gallon batch. Any advice is much appreciated!!! Thank you!!
