Wood Ridge Farm Brewery is looking for the right person to manage our beautiful tap room. We are a true farm brewery growing most of our ingredients on the farm. We also have a food truck to utilize our farm to table ideology.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing procedures
Scheduling bartenders and ensure all are performing as expected
Coordinating events (ie. paint night, weddings, etc.)
Maintaining taproom inventory
Ensuring the cleanliness of the taproom and outside area
Working with the food truck operator (ie. printing menus/weekend specials, boosting food truck sales, etc.)
Assisting with social media (https://www.facebook.com/WoodRidgeFarmBrewery)
Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
Being able to work odd schedules including nights and weekends
