    dosing finings with with corning keg

    I have just taken over working in a brewery where finings were added to a vessel by mixing beer and brausol in a corny keg. I was about to start this when i worried a bout oxygen pick up.

    Has anyone any experience in this area?

    As long as your purge your corny with CO2 about 3 times once you seal it up you shouldn't have any real O2 pickup

      So purge de-pressurise, purge de-pressurise, purge de-pressurise then what ever gas is left will be pretty much CO2?
