    Job Title: Sales Manager
    Location: Columbus, Ohio
    Reports to: V.P. Sales & Marketing
    FLSA Position type: Full time, Salary Exempt

    JOB PURPOSE:
    To manage the sales team and to raise and maintain sales, brand awareness, and quality standards of Warped Wing.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Ability to manage a team and influence customers to accomplish goals.
    Ability to collaborate and work well with management, peers and across functions.
    Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into practical execution
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak in front of large groups
    Ability to develop and interpret spend, performance and financial reports
    Track record of success in commercial or sales positions managing a team of people
    and large customers
    Willingness to travel for up to a week away from home and work out of normal hours
    and a good driving record.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, IRI/Nielsen and Power Point

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and execute sales strategy through effective leadership and management of direct reports.
    Develop short and long term business priorities and identify issues/opportunities across all trade channels.
    Deliver depletion, market share and distribution/Rate of Sale objectives.
    Manage market spend to budget and deliver ROI objectives.
    Manage and develop customer relationships, ensuring focus and execution against company
    objectives and provide appropriate feedback and direction based on performance.
    Deliver execution of strategic brand plans, price positioning, consumer marketing programs and
    new product launches.
    Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
    Manage brand projects, brand budgeting; prepare and present branded presentations to external
    audiences.
    Analyze performance to address variances and ensure that corrective actions are implemented in
    a timely manner.
    Forecast future shipment and depletions trends.
    Provide management with market intelligence including sales trends, product developments and
    competitor activity, and recommend strategies to address these trends.
    Observe all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising and promotion of malt
    beverages
