Does anyone have a procedure to pressure test a glycol loop before we insulate the pipes and start it up? Can we use the glycol unit during the initial water, debris flush, or should I isolate the loop from the unit, hook up a garden hose to the supply with a pressure gauge on the return, bleed off air through vent until full, and let it sit for an hour to see if pressure is maintained or if leaks develop?
Thanks,
Chris
