    Aridus Wine Company is searching for packaging/bottling tech/maintenance tech:

    Aridus Wine Company is a family owned custom crush winery located in the heart of Southeastern Arizona in Willcox. Aridus opened its cellar doors in 2012 after refurbishing an existing 28,000 sf. apple warehouse. It is one of the largest winery facilities in the state, where it houses state of the art wine making equipment. Surrounded by majestic mountains, the beauty of this modern rustic style winery is just as stunning as the wines it produces.

    By procuring prized grapes from Arizona, New Mexico, and California, under the direction of the Vintner, our Winemaker blends the essence of exceptional terroir ranging from the Desert to the California coast. Using cutting edge winery equipment, we handcraft complex and balanced wines, which express the aromatic profile of what can only be made in Arizona.

    Our award-winning winemaking techniques create elegant, approachable and perfectly balanced wines of the highest quality through blending the best of Old World and New World wine styles.     Team members are expected to assist in preventive maintenance duties and packaging duties including, but not limited to:
    • Equipment cleaning before and after production runs.
    • Operating bottle feed tables, filler and end of line conveyors.
    • Running labeler.
    • Hand packing cases as needed.
    • Packaging assembly.
    • Operate keg cleaning and filling equipment.
    • Fill orders as directed.
    • Building orders.
    • Warehouse duties.
    • Loading and unloading trucks.
    • Report any quality issues to supervisor.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness of the winery.
    • Accountable for personal safety as well as others around them.
    • Ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.

    Ideal skills for applicants include, but not limited to winery or brewery/bottling experience:

    • Passion for fine wines and support Aridus Wine Co. events in public and on social media.
    • Elevated communication and written skills.
    • Ability to operate forklift.
    • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
    • Ability to be agile and lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
    • Schedule flexibility during harvest
    • Attend meetings for information sharing, general discussions and improvement.


    Aridus is an EOE. Aridus offers competitive starting rate DOE with an increase after 6 month probation. We offer full medical, dental, and vision benefits for full time employees. this is a full time position mon-fri, occasional weekends.
