We currently have a one Bbl system and 2 bbl unitanks, we ferment, condition and carb in these tanks and package directly into kegs. The issue is that the stone is mounted higher than optimal in the tank when 1/2 full, only covered by about 2" of beer. We set head pressure to 12psi, set the carb stone pressure so the flow meter shows a slight flow, but are seeing the head pressure stabilize quickly and have to reset and go again. While it's working it takes too long to carb the beer.
Soooo,
I'd like to get a stone on a long tube angled to the cone, about 8 " lower than it is now. Any suggestions who can provide this? No one local I can find.
Many thanks,
Cheers
