  • Special handling for pH meter with mixed ferm/bugs?

This is very possibly a dumb question, but when using a pH probe with sacc as well as lacto or other funky fermentations, do you take any special precautions like having a separate probe for each? I realize you're not going to contaminate the batch a sample is taken from, but what about the probe itself, or the storage solution you store it in?

    Regards,
    Mike Sharp

just clean it with distilled then store with the 7 buffer or recommend storage solution, you should change storage solution way more often than fast enough for it to go bad ever.
    I hope I encouraged you!
