Wyeast 3724 for a Grisette

Good Afternoon,

I' looking to brew a low gravity Grisette and have the Saison 3724 readily available. I've read lots about this strain taking off immediately but then shows stalling issues around mid way point and then takes a long time to finish. Has anyone tried brewing something that's only 4% abv with a similar experience?

Hey up there in Yellowknife!

I haven't used 3724 for a Grisette, but I have brewed a few Grisette's with Escarpment Labs Old World Saison Blend. I'd give it a strong recommendation if you're comfortable with mixed fermentations and wanted a super dry, refreshing summer beer!
