    Hello,

    We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to represent our brand in our NH market (and a bit of Southern Maine). We are a packaging brewpub and are hoping to find the right person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a business-minded candidate who is looking to grow with a great new brand. Must be a self-starter and a team player!

    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication between accounts and our distributors ensuring product is being ordered and delivered appropriately and a healthy relationship is maintained between all accounts and distributors. This will also include:
    o Strategically targeting key accounts with distributors to increase points of distribution, rate of sale and promotional opportunities.
    o Reporting to Operations on sales and marketing efforts and all production requirements.
    o Scheduling and attending promotional events, such as samplings, pint nights, beer dinners, regional beer fests, etc. in sales territory. Minimum expectation of 4 on-premise events and 4 handsales/samplings per month.
    o Managing inventory of distributor warehouse and orders within your territory, and working with management to par levels.
    • Responsible for representing and expanding sales for Bad Lab Beer Co. in on and off premise accounts in New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
    • Execute administrative sales tasks and communication with the NH Liquor Commission.
    • Support and grow all accounts, with focus on “Top 10” accounts in sales territory.
    • Build relationships with the buyers and sales teams at all on-premise and off-premise accounts.
    • Maintain and communicate complete and accurate account information and sales data in spreadsheets
    • Manage allocated specialty beers and communicate appropriate information to accounts and distributors.
    • Work closely with Bad Lab’s marketing coordinator on all marketing efforts in territory including coordinating POS orders between distributor, accounts and Bad Lab, and assisting with overall marketing, advertising and branding vision for Bad Lab Beer Co. in this territory.
    • Adhere to procedures for checking out samples, donation/festival beer.
    • Find and facilitate appropriate event participation in sales territory.
    • Manage allocated sales budget.
    • Identify and foster partnerships with synergistic and like-minded companies & organizations.
    • Collaborate with Operations to oversee all areas of the sales effort in the assigned territory, including, but not limited to: Annual Business Plans (ABPs), Release Calendars, and Distributor Spends.
    • Create programming plans, set execution objectives, and ensure the details of the ABP are being executed with distributor partners.
    • Maintain detailed working knowledge of each distributor partner’s organization, go-to-market plans, and contract .
    • Cultivate positive relationships with all members of the management and sales teams.
    • Account training on beer and brand.
    • Act professionally at all times & have fun.


    Desired Qualifications
    • Education: Minimum 4-year degree in Business or a related field.
    • Experience: 2 years in a similar or related field.
    • Required skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to work late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays to support sales activities
    • Clean driving record with no previous DUI, DWI
