Brewery in Nashville, TN is looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated brewer to help grow our brewery.
Basic Tasks:
• Maintain a clean & safe work space
• Produce wort
• Cellar operations including yeast management, tank cleaning/sanitization
• Packaging operations including both kegging and bottling
• Lab work
Competencies/Abilities:
• 2+ years of experience at a production brewery
• Brewing degree/certificate or a degree in related science
• Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment
• Capable of lifting 55 lbs repeatedly
• Great communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Competent in MS Office
• Critical thinking skills
Personality:
• Good can do attitude
• Willing to learn & to teach
• Able to receive & give criticism in a constructive manner
