Yazoo Brewing in Nashville, TN, is looking for the right individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. Duties will include performing and documenting maintenance and in-house repairs (where possible) on the following process equipment:
The right candidate will have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food processing environment. He or she will have good communication skills, will be familiar with Excel spreadsheets, and will be able to work a Mon-Fri day shift, with occasional overtime. Experience in sanitary TIG welding and PLC programming will be an additional plus.

- glycol chillers and other refrigeration equipment
- our brewhouse system - including a two-roller mill, augers, gearboxes, pumps, and seals
- packaging system, including an IDD Miniking kegging line, a COMAC 24-head filler (new in 2017), Inline pressure sensitive labeller, Ska depalletizer, Hartness droppacker, Pearson six-pack line, box erector, and associated roller conveyors
