Ttb power of attorney help?

Does anyone have tips or a link on what the ttb wants as far as power of attorney ? Can the owners be assigned this? Or do they want an actual attorney assigned? Kinda confused about the wording but it seems that the owners can be assigned this? Sorry / probably a dumb question .. thanks
