Available immediately, this exciting opportunity will allow the right candidate to lead the Windmills Craftworks brewing team in world-wide operations. While based in North Texas at the new brewpub site (opening 2018), the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining operations at the existing brewpub in Bangalore, India (rated the #8 restaurant of 9,600 in Bangalore on Trip Advisor) and the new production facility in Pune, India (under construction). The initial 4-6 months of this job will be based in India, but then will return to North Texas to begin construction of the new brewpub, where a site has already been selected. Traveling to India every 3-6 months will be required. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to work with multiple teams across countries, and be able to embrace new experiences and cultures. He/She should be mechanically inclined: able to troubleshoot machinery in a brewery environment, and ideally be familiar with the installation of such equipment (i.e. brewhouse, glycol piping, grain handling, packaging line, etc.).
