    OVERVIEW:


    The Sales Manager position for Northern California will focus on the development and growth of all on-premise draft and can sales in all Northern California sales areas, and at the same time drive the positive image of the brand through thoughtful collaborations and relationship building with our key accounts. Responsibilities include helping to develop the skills of Sales Representatives, implementing and enforcing best practices, collaborating with the Marketing department and supporting each sales person out in the field day-to-day. The position will involve some travel, mostly in the greater Bay Area.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manage, mentor and build our on-sale division in Northern California
    • Work with Head of Sales to create labor cost efficiencies within the sales team
    • Collaborate with all on-premise sales reps to develop and maintain relationships with accounts
    • Execute sales objectives set forth by Head of Sales
    • Take lead role in the process of hiring, training and development of new sales reps
    • Team up with marketing team to execute impactful special events
    • Manage presell lists and special releases
    • Assist with Base CRM implementation and management
    • Last order tracking, account base management (transfers, etc)
    • Team up with sales reps to close key target accounts
    • Monitor sales reports closely, track progress and provide feedback and assistance if necessary
