    Here are some first pics of our new Ss Brewtech 3.5 bbl electric brewhouse. We'll get some better photography up as soon as we are done with control panel installation and a few other finishing touches. And here are some basic specs for reference below:

    Mash Tun
    Effective volume: 3.5 BBL
    Milled plate false bottom
    Dedicated sanitary centrifugal pump, variable speed control
    Glass Grant and underlet capability
    Inner container: SUS304,thickness 3mm, 2B finished
    Outer Shell: SU304, thickness 2mm, brushed finish
    Insulation material: polyurethane, thickness: 80mm
    Grain out side mandoor with removable chute
    Vorlauf, Sparge Ring, strike water fill port
    Oversized glass window mandoor with interior light
    Necessary fittings and valves, pipeline, dual CIP balls

    Kettle
    Effective volume: 3.5 BBL. 20% headspace
    Dedicated sanitary centrifugal pump, variable speed control
    Inner container: SUS304,thickness 3mm, 2B finished
    Outer shell: SU304, thickness 2mm, brushed finish
    Insulation Material: polyurethane, thickness: 80mm
    Heating method: ULWD Electric heating elements.
    Oversized glass window man way with interior light
    Steam Vent: Removable condensing steam vent
    Necessary fittings and valves, pipeline, CIP wash ball
    Rotatable dip tube (see pic below!!!)

    Working Platform / Heat Exchanger
    Large working platform
    All stainless steel anti slip design
    Built in work shelf
    Spray down hose location
    Full handrails
    Heat Exchanger: SU304 plate and frame

    Control Panel
    Centralized control panel
    Temperature displays for all critical process

    Utility Connections
    Electricity: 220v 3-Phase for wort pumps, electric elements, and main control panel. 100 Amp breaker required.
    Water: 1" NPT female inlets at Brew House for hot and cold water sources.

    Recommended Equipment (NOT INCLUDED)
    Noritz NCC1991 Condensing Commercial Tankless Water Heater - 199,000 BTUs, and 94% efficient. Temperature output up to 185 degrees. CA Low NOx approved. Multi-unit scalability for increased flow rates.

    If you are looking for something in the half bbl to 1 bbl range to do pilot batch fermenting and want a full featured unitank that doesn't cost several grand.... Look no further!

    Or since the price delta between a 3.5 and a 5 bbl system isn't all that much ($5 to $10 grand depending) - maybe consider going with a 5 bbl system .... Available in direct fire or steam only (no electric version).     Cactusland Brewing using one of our 1 bbl conicals (BME version) for small batch / pilot work. Pairs great with our 1/3 HP Glycol chiller!
