    Green Leaf Brewing Co. is a craft nano brewhouse and taproom lounge located in the heart of North Vancouver. Established in 2013, we take pride in brewing great beer, alive and unpasteurized. We always brew our Pie Hole Pale Ale, Lloyd’s Lager, and an IPA, along with seasonal beers and a wide range of sour and barrel aged brews. We also brew our own kombucha, and ginger ale. Our tap room is incorporated around the brewery, and has one of the best views in all of Vancouver. We are looking for a brewer capable of handling all aspects of the brewing process including bottling, canning, and cleaning, as well as managing our keg fridges. The right candidate to join our team makes fantastic beer, is hard working, open minded, great at following instructions, cares about their craft, and enjoys being creative.

    - Great brewer, hard worker, passionate about beer
    - You pride yourself on superior quality, and always aim for consistency
    - Independent, capable of running our brewhouse on your own
    - Enjoys experimentation
    - Scheduled, organized, aware
    - Takes initiative and has the drive to work with very little oversight
    - Efficiency is always in mind
    - Very knowledgeable on yeast and sanitation
    - Happy to work hard, get dirty, and do the heavy lifting for our team

    Once trained and independent, you will be responsible for managing the brewing process in its entirety. That requires purchasing, brewing, cleaning everything, sanitizing everything, bottling, managing keg fridges, purging lines, ect… The right candidate for the job should have immense brewing knowledge, a keen mind for planning, budgeting, record keeping, and organization, and getting the job done properly. Less experienced applicants must have a serious desire to learn these things.

    Job requirements/Skill requirements:
    - Experience brewing, at home or professionally
    - Valid drivers license
    - Able to lift 50lb repeatedly
    - Mechanical skills
    - Problem solving ability
    - Efficiently manage, operate and clean all brewing equipment
    - Business minded - strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and efficiency
    - Yeast management
    - Fermentation theory and practice
    - Experience with aging beers (interest and understanding of yeast and barrel aging tendencies is a minimum)
    - Knowledge of brewery safety, and legal compliance requirements of a brewery
    - Must be able to work any shift when called upon
