OVERVIEW:
The North Bay sales rep role will focus on the development and growth of off-premise can and bottle sales along with a minor focus on on-sale draft and can business in the North Bay territory - specifically Santa Rosa and Napa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow our off-sale can and bottle business in both chain and independent channels throughout the Santa Rose & Napa
- Execute aggressive sales objectives set forth by your Sales Manager
- Be responsible for all aspects of servicing and merchandising within assigned accounts
- Ensure account and customer satisfaction through friendly service and ongoing communication
- Expand distribution & breadth of Fort Point brand in cold boxes & shelves by capturing ideal placement
- Build and maintain displays according to special programming guidelines and targets
- Support accounts with in-store tastings & demos for their customers on a consistent basis including some nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Being able to lift, push and/or pull 35lbs. on a regular basis
- Having the ability to push, pull and manipulate 165lbs
